Why Did you Choose WAB? I thought I loved working with athletes, but at WAB I discovered what I truly wanted to do was prenatal & pediatrics (DJ helped tremendously showing me that)! I also loved the chill vibes :)

What was your favorite part? My fav part was DAKOTITA (Dr. Jess’ daughter) 😍-seeing her develop throughout her first year of life, the pregnant mommas I met there & their children, & some of the patients that I still communicate with 🤍

Now I'm at Myrtle beach, SC taking care of kids + babies!

Dr. Lindsey Terronez

Why Did you Choose WAB? I chose WAB because I enjoyed being a patient with Dr. Jess as a student, and I admired her hustle and determination as a female chiropractor. We had very similar interests and the office atmosphere was great to learn in!

What was your favorite part? My favorite thing about WAB at the time I was there was our solid office staff and the many, many laughs we shared! I grew so much as intern and had many great takeaways to become a Doctor of Chiropractic. Now from afar my favorite thing about WAB is watching it grow and seeing all that Dr. Jess is accomplishing.

I am currently helping my Family with their chiropractic practice in Davenport, 𝖨𝗈𝗐𝖺.

Dr. Luis O. Correa

Why Did You Choose WAB? Selecting WAB among others offices was a no brainer for me. Dr. Jess being a successful business owner and running a cash based practice I knew there was a lot to learn from her. Also her approach to chiropractic and rehab philosophy was in alignment with my vision and style of practice.

What was your favorite part? One of many things I love about WAB was all the patients, they are conscious about their role in their healing journey, they are active individuals and the best part we all are like a big family. Dr. Jess is a powerful woman who walks the walk and is a great example of living a life of wellness and balance.

I am currently in PR, working on bettering myself to become the best chiropractor to my future patients, working on some personal projects and researching cities and neighborhoods for my future practice.

Dr. Brice Beverly

Why Did You Choose WAB? Love the office atmosphere and the base of patients was diverse, great place to learn and grow with adjusting skill.

What Was Your Favorite Part? Fav things was being able to spend a little longer time with patients and get to know them, especially being apart of them reaching their health goals.  I’m now practicing in Lancaster, SC at “Lancaster One Medical.”

dr. zoe campbell

Why Did You Choose WAB? My primary goal for my internship was to learn how to run a successful business from a brilliant woman. I wanted to intern at a practice that prioritizes wellness through chiropractic and some soft tissue modalities, but had a special emphasis on the role of chiropractic in healing. After shadowing Dr. Jess at Well Adjusted Buckhead, I knew I had found the practice that could help me meet all of my goals for my internship. As an added bonus, I was able to be heavily involved in patient care and began to build a community amongst the WAB staff and patients.

What Was Your Favorite Part? There’s too many things to choose from! Dr. Jess has been the best mentor I could ask for. I truly felt as though I was ready to succeed in the world of chiropractic after a few months interning for her. Joy, the office manager, always knew how to bring a smile to my face and make me feel welcome. The patients were so kind and you could tell that they truly valued their health, which is every chiropractor’s dream. I am no practicing in Auburn, AL.

dr. parker andrews

Why Did You Choose WAB? My name is Parker and I’m excited to be interning at Well Adjusted Buckhead! My overall desire to work with athletes led me to apply for a spot on WAB team. I was first introduced to chiropractic when I was 14 years old while competing in Taekwondo. I experienced severe lower back pain to the point where I could no longer train due to extreme pain. This all changed after I started chiropractic care and I was back to 100% after one month. Chiropractic care always kept me injury free and helped me become the best athlete I could be from then on. After some time, I knew that I wanted to help others that were in my same shoes. Overall my goal is to help others optimize their well-being and functionality in life 🙌

Dr. Andrea Hutchinson

Why Did You Choose WAB? I picked WAB because it felt like a place I would enjoy and thrive. I wanted to learn more about soft tissue work, & adjusting from a female lead.

What Was Your Favorite Part? My favorite thing was the people I was surrounded by. With you (Dr. Jess) + Sheliza, I always had fun & felt like a family. The patients were incredible, + I learned and grew so much as a person + chiropractor from my time there.

The chiropractic profession has always held a strong appeal for me, as it played a vital role in my upbringing and has consistently provided significant benefits throughout my life. This personal experience, combined with a strong desire to help others, inspired me to seek a profession in chiropractic. I am very pleased to graduate from Life University's D.C. program in September.

I chose to intern at Dr. Jess's office because of her expertise in combining soft tissue therapies with adjustments for optimal patient health and her extensive experience and knowledge in the field.

Why I chose WAB:

I wanted an office that embodied how important chiropractic care is for every population. I loved the hands on experience as an intern and the ability to perform soft tissue work. WAB is a place that people come to feel well, and stay for the people and environment. It’s a place that feels like home to interns and the patients. The authenticity, care, and humor is amazing. I’m excited to continue to grow and learn with Dr. Jess and the team.

Dr. Varya Kononov

Why Did You Choose WAB? I admired not only the fact that Dr. Jess is a phenomenal chiropractor, but I also admired and wanted to learn from a woman who was successful in her business while having a young family!

What Was Your Favorite Part? Aside from my squish best friend, Daren (Dr. Jess’ daughter), my favorite parts of WAB are the patients and also the high standard of care we provide to our patients.

dr. cassidy bose

Why Did You Choose WAB? As a former collegiate athlete, my journey into the field of chiropractic care has been deeply rooted in my own personal experiences. I first encountered the benefits of chiropractic care at the age of 12 when I sought treatment for sports-related injuries. The transformative impact it had on my performance and overall well-being ignited a passion within me for helping others through this holistic approach to healthcare. It was during this time that I realized the incredible potential chiropractic care holds in enhancing people's lives. When it came time to choose a mentor and guide for my chiropractic journey, I knew that Dr. Jess was the perfect choice. Her position as a female chiropractor and successful business owner was inspirational to me, as I believe in the importance of diversity and inclusivity in the healthcare field. I am confident that learning from her and working in her office will not only deepen my knowledge but also shape me into the compassionate and skilled chiropractor I aspire to be.

future dr. jesus andino

My name is Jesus Andino and I am from Bayamon, Puerto Rico. I chose the WAB team for my Peak office because I liked the environment that Dr Jess and Joy have created for the patients and the interns. What also caught my attention was their approach in patient care, taking chiropractic and soft tissue modalities and integrating them into the treatment as a way to better help patient’s reach optimal function in their everyday activities

I started chiropractic care in high school due to low back pain that I had from playing volleyball and experienced first hand the benefits of chiropractic in reducing pain but also in improving function and performance. As an athlete it helped me perform on a higher level inside and outside the court.

I’m excited to get to know everyone at the office, and to keep growing and learning as part of the WAB team!
