Cancellation Policies

Well Adjusted Buckhead understands everyone has a busy schedule, and we strive to accommodate everyone. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and we appreciate proper notification if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can call, text, or email to cancel. Cancellation requests sent via social media will not be honored.

Chiropractic + SoftWave

These appointments include New Patient Appointments for Chiropractic and SoftWave, all Adjustments, and Soft Tissue appointments such as a Graston or Cupping.

A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. If adequate notice is not given, Well Adjusted Buckhead reserves the right to assess a cancellation fee. If you do not show up to your appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, a No Call, No Show fee equal to the cost of your appointment WILL be assessed, and your appointment will be rescheduled. If you do not show up to your appointment within 15 minutes of your scheduled time and we do not hear from you, a No Call No Show fee will be assessed (Chiropractic appointments $55, SoftWave appointments $75).

Massage

a 72 hour notice is require for all cancellations and reschedules. A late cancellation fee (a percentage of your scheduled services) will be assessed if proper notice is not received. If you do not show up to your appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, a No Call, No Show fee equal to the cost of your appointment WILL be assessed, and your appointment will be rescheduled. If you show up to a massage appointment late and still wish to receive services, that time will be deducted from your allotted time slot and your are responsible for the full cost of the services. If you do not show up for you appointment with in 5 minutes of your allotted time and we do not hear from you, a No Call No Show Fee will be assessed equal to the cost of the service.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Well Adjusted Buckhead requires an active credit saved to your account for services to be rendered. If payment is not able to be obtained, Well Adjusted Buckhead reserves the right to forward any past due balances to third party collections services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
