Dr. Jessica Duncan Propes discovered chiropractic in 2012 when she struggled with a chronic back injury from her active lifestyle and sports. After trying various medical treatments, she began seeing a chiropractor to avoid surgery. "Chiropractic care completely transformed my life and changed my view on health. I have always loved fitness, and chiropractic care fit perfectly into my life." Her positive experience led her to enroll in the Life University Doctor of Chiropractic program in 2013.

In her free time, Dr. Jessica enjoys being with her two daughters, Dakota and Daren. She is a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with several titles, a CrossFit athlete, and is training in Olympic Weightlifting, showing her strong passion for health and fitness.
