Family Workouts: Start Thanksgiving with a family workout! Walk, hike, or if you’re feeling spicy, drop into a local CrossFit box. It’s fun and energizing, setting the tone for the day.
Hydration: Drink plenty of water! It boosts metabolism, aids digestion, and prevents holiday hangovers.
