Cancellation policy

 

As of September 1, 2018 we have enacted a new cancellation policy. Please call us at (404) 600-4117 or email frontdesk@welladjustedbuckhead.com at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. If prior notification (24 hours) is not given, you will be charged $25 for the missed appointment.

This fee also applies to rescheduling an appointment. If you do not reschedule your appointment within the 24 hour window, you will be charged the $25 cancellation fee.

For all ‘no call, no show’ appointments, you will be charged $50.

PLEASE NOTE that you MUST call the office for cancellations. Texting Dr. Jessica doesn’t classify as a cancellation as she doesn’t travel with her appointment book. If we are out of the office 24 hours before your appointment, please leave a message and we will check it upon arrival. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this cancellation policy, and we thank you for understanding.
