It’s hard to believe the holiday season is here again! As much as I love the food and festivities, it’s important to stay on track with health goals. Here are my top 2 tips to keep you and your family healthy this holiday season:

  1. Family Workouts: Start Thanksgiving with a family workout! Walk, hike, or if you’re feeling spicy, drop into a local CrossFit box. It’s fun and energizing, setting the tone for the day.

  2. Hydration: Drink plenty of water! It boosts metabolism, aids digestion, and prevents holiday hangovers.
